• ONLY use the laundry soap provided - refund will be voided if any other products are used on the diapers which include bleach, fabric softeners etc.
  
• If using a cream or powder on your little ones bottom, please use the fleece liners provided.  Vaseline and petroleum products are not ok to use, if you must use them, please purchase bio-soft liners for $6 to protect the diapers otherwise the refund will be voided.
  
• Cloth wipes can be used with plain water!!
  
• We recommend keeping the diapers for 2-4 weeks to get a true feel for cloth diapering.  We ask that all rental packages are returned after 5 weeks.

• You must make an appointment to pick up your package as well as drop it off so that we can inspect everything together.
  

• We expect normal wear and tear to happen - stains are normal wear and tear.
  
• Some diapers may be new, some gently used - we will take out a diaper if it has been in rotation for 4 families. 
  
• Please return all diapers washed, I will sanitize them for the next family!
  
• Shipping:  If you are not in our area, I will pay to ship to you.  You are responsible to ship them back and must have a tracking number so that we can track the package.  You will be refunded after the diapers have been inspected.
  
• Disclaimer: The purchaser and/or user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith; this will include all items sold or distributed by our company and includes our loan programs.
  
   Cost......

•  $350.00 deposit is given which is the cost to replace the diapers.  The rental fee is $20/week.   (one week is 7 days, there are no 1/2 weeks, if you have the diapers for 8 days - it is considered 2 weeks) 
  
• It costs $25/week to use disposables or a diaper service so this is still your cheaper route!!
  
• After the diapers are returned, you will receive your deposit back minus the rental fee.
  

Bonus:  If you choose to buy diapers the day that you return your package your rental fee will be waived or in other words - 100% of your rental fee will go towards your diaper purchase!! *minimum $350 purchase
